The Colibri software is accessible only to authorized healthcare professionals holding a Healthcare Professional Card (CPS) or the e-CPS mobile application. Access via a two-factor authentication method is also possible in the absence of a CPS (email + receipt of a one-time code on a mobile phone).
To join the team of professionals at a vaccination center, it is necessary to have been previously invited by its administrator (see How to manage your team in Colibri).
Warning: do not create an account without using an invitation link. Otherwise, you will not be attached to any team and your registration will fail.
Accepting the invitation
The invited member receives an email containing the invitation link. Below is an example of the email received by a healthcare professional invited to the “Centre de vaccination des Lilas” team:

Three situations may then apply:
1 - They do not yet have an account on MesVaccins.net*
* Neither to access Colibri nor to access the Digital Vaccination Record (CVN) Pro.
They click on the “New user?” tab and follow the registration procedure.
Whenever possible, it is recommended to register via CPS or e-CPS, which will automatically populate the RPPS number. Otherwise, this number must be provided to us (via a support ticket, clearly specifying the email address linked to the account, the account holder’s name, and the team they belong to). The RPPS number is what allows the profession to be displayed in Colibri. In the absence of an RPPS number, the displayed profession will be “Agent”.
2 - They already have a MesVaccins.net account to access CVN Pro*
* Digital Vaccination Record Pro: a web application allowing access to patients’ vaccination records.
They remain on the “Log in” tab and sign in using their usual username and password. They are then automatically added to the Colibri team.
3 - They already have an account to access Colibri, but in another team
They remain on the “Log in” tab and sign in using their usual username and password. They are then automatically added to the new Colibri team.
New: multi-team management allows access to several Colibri teams with a single account. Once logged in, a drop-down list located above the main menu lets you choose the team you want to work in. You can therefore switch from one team to another without having to re-authenticate.
